No it was the only marriage for each of them. I do know that.

There were Zipps near Abilene and Merkel in 1880 - so I am thinking it may be that family. The Austin, TX genealogy books of death show a Mary Zipps who died in Callahan Co, TX but Lizzie did not go by her 1st or middle name. She went by Lizzie Zipps so I am not sure it is my great-aunt.
