Cecilia Zoller was born November 22, 1807 in Forchheim, Emmendingen, Baden. Her parents were Gabriel Zoller and Theresa Gethz. The family emigrated to Cincinnati about 1817 where Cecilia married Sebastien Rentz.
Gabriel Zoller was born March 8, 1774 also in Forchheim. His brother Johan Zoller, who also emigrated to Cincinnati with his family, was born August 20, 1769.
