Two brothers, Johan and Gabriel Zoller, sailed from Amsterdam to Philidelphia in 1817 with their families on two different ships, arriving within two days of each other. Johan was born 1769-08-20 and Gabriel 1774-03-08, sons of Andreas Zoller and Anna Maria Gerber. They were born in the town of Forchheim, a couple of miles southwest of Karlsruhe and within walking distance of the Rhine river. I believe Gabriel traveled with his wife Theresa Gethz and several children (Catherine and Cecilia at least, born 1803 and 1807 in Forcheim).

Johan travelled with his wife Juditha Maier (born 1775) and five children, namely Maria Eva (1800-12-18), Magdalena (1804-7-17) Joseph (1806-7-10) Johan Georg (1811-3-28) and Barbara (1813-9-24). They all arrived in Philadelpha, and another son Benjamin was born in Pennsylvania. Both families Gabriel and Johan moved to Cincinnati where they farmed in Delhi township. Gabriel is on the 1820 census, Johan first in 1830.

Maria Eva Zoller married Anton Donnersberger in Cincinnati in 1824 in the first Catholic church there. They have many descendents, me for one.

Magdalena married Joseph Frey from Switzerland, and had five children. Of these, I believe only one (Henry Frey) had descendents.

Benjamin married Barbara Lambert, they had seven children who for awhile used the name "Soler" or "Solar".

Cecilia married Sebastien Rentz

I dont know what happened to the other children of Gabriel and Johan.
