Zook family farm at Fort Benjamin

I am researching an old cemetery where some of my mother's family (Emery) is buried. We fear this cemetery is gone now, because it was originally on the Zook family farm (somewhere down the line the Emery's and the Zook's were related) which was taken over by Fort Benjamin Harrison somewhere around 1945. My parents found was left of the cemetery back in the 60's or early 70's, but my father is now gone and my mother can't remember how they found it. She did say that it was in a housing division, in someone's sideyard, with no fence around it.
If anyone has any information about this cemetery, where it might be located or even who might have been buried there, please let me know.
Thank you very much.
