Zorn/Marling - Mid 1800s in WV/OH

I have marriage records for two Zorns, who I believe are linked to my Marling ancestors:

1. Fidel or Friedel (?) Zorn married Catharine Walter on 25 Dec 1865 in Ohio Co., WV. There is a Civil War Pension record for Fidel Zorn from OH, naming Kate Marling as widow; minors, Mary C. Zorn, et al.
My ancestor, John Randolph Marling married (Mrs) Catharine Zien on 19 Feb 1875. She was known as "Kate Marling" until her death in 1926.
I am trying to find information on Kate Walters Marling's first husband, Fidel Zorn, and any children by that marriage.

2. The above named John Randolph Marling was first married to Alphonsey Zorn in Washington Co., PA, on 3 Jul 1864.
There is a birth record on 20 Oct 1868 in Belmont Co., OH for Ann Eliza Marling, dtr. of Randolph and Appluna Marling.

A relative who has visited the cemetery where John & Kate Marling are buried (in Belmont Co., OH) says there is another tombstone near theirs with the names Friedel Zorn (or Zien), 1839 and daughters Mary Zorn, 1866-1874 & Lizzie Zorn, 1869-1871.
She says she may have seen a tombstone with the name Appluna, also, but can't remember for sure.

If anyone has any more information on any of these people, I'd love to hear from you. I intend to send for the Civil War pension record of Fidel Zorn and hope for some info from that, but that takes a while to get back.

Thanks.
