You may have a slight mystery on your hands. There is another death ceritifcate that lists Daniel Hutto as father that looks like could belong to a sister of Miranda.
I'm assuming that you used the Ga Archives for the DC, look up the one for a Chrision Merritte (their spelling, not mine. There the mother is listed as Rosa Blackshear.

Another possiblity is that the name is Yaughn, not Zaughn; they could have pronounced Yaughn to rhyme with Zonn and with an accent the person doing the recording may have misunderstood.
