Hello Don,
My name is Tina Zufelt and I have been working on the Zufelt line for along time now. As I was going over the message board I came across several postings of yours. I have some questions and hope you might be able to help me out. Thanks in advance.
On your posting you have
Elizabeth Zufelt 1769-1858 md.
Johan Frederich Schwerdfeger (aka Schwerdtfeger) ca 1786
(does this mean the married in California?
The info that I have on Elizabeth Zufelt is as follows.

Elizabeth Zufelt born:10 Nov 1769
place: Albany,Albany,NY
ch: 30 Jan 1770
father: Adam Schufelt
mother: Neeltjen Freer
spouse: Fredrick Swartfeger
md: before 22 Dec 1786
place: Madrid,St.Lawerence N.Y.
Elizabeth and Fredrick, I have listed as only having 1 child. Do you know if this is true?

How do you tie into the Zufelts? Thank you for any help you give.

Happy Thanksgiving
Tina Zufelt
