Well, my mother's family is Zulaica from Allende, Coah. My great grandpa's name was Ignacio Zulaica. He later became mayor of Zaragoza, Coah back in the day. My grandma had about 5 other sisters and two brothers, Hilario and Cresencio Zulaica. I do have one question. I remember seeing my mother spell her name with a K, like so, Zulaika, do you know why? I know the remaining families reside in Saltillo, Coah. I believe they are the Zulaica-Chio family.. I hope this can help..

kari.
